How ExitBoards Became the Gold Standard for M&A Professional Collaboration

ExitBoards was founded in 2018 by a group of seasoned M&A professionals who recognized a fundamental gap in the transaction advisory ecosystem. While business owners had access to numerous networking organizations, the advisors serving them lacked a sophisticated platform for strategic collaboration and professional development.


Our founders—each with decades of experience in investment banking, M&A law, and strategic advisory—understood that the most successful transactions resulted from seamless collaboration between complementary professionals.
